GX Boxing is a high intensity full-body workout that is fun, and melts away the fat without the running!
Boxing is a high intensity full-body workout that will make you physically stronger as well as aerobically and anaerobically fitter.
Calorie expenditure and fat burning are very high during boxing because it is a high intensity workout utilising large muscle groups and constantly keeps you moving. Boxing does not tend to add muscle bulk as much as tone and define muscle because it involves such high repetitions.
Revolutionising fitness training Australia wide GX boxing is designed for the beginner, intermediate and experienced trainer with class sizes ranging from 6 to 15 people. All sessions start with a warm up covering the basics of 6 standard punches and 3 basic kicks.
All new participants are taken through a technique and pad holding drill before their first session to maximise their experience and get comfortable. This way you won’t feel intimidated or out of place!
