Welcome to the BTC2010 program. This is a kick-start food and exercise plan, designed to help you boost your metabolism and begin your weight loss Journey.

The BPStudio BTC2010 program has been carefully put together to ensure good quality nutrition, with a lower fat and increased protein nutritional profile, to make sure your body can make the most of the exercise plan.

You will be given exercises that have been chosen to help you get the shape you want and can be done alongside any exercise you would normally do.

To lose weight and keep it off we need to find the right balance of healthy eating, exercise, work and family life.

Each week, you train with your trainer and discuss your nutrition targets and goals. We track your progress through regular fitness evaluations and entries into a nutritional diary. This will help you stay accountable and on track.
